We offer two main professional education paths: De-Armouring Professional Certification - Become a master at somatic intune facilitation and HEA de-armouring, able to provide trauma resolution, activate lifeforce and expand into more pleasure. This is our unique, professional trauma to wisdom resolution approach to de-armouring and somatic sexual therapy, developed by Riihannon Wilde. A 4-level certification path over 2 years for both men and women. Level 1 starts March 2027. SURRENDER - 5 Day De-Armouring Training -This 5-day de-armouring training happening in June 2026 in Sweden, is designed to train you in our professional de-armouring approach to client work, and facilitation; and / or to deepen your own embodiment and de-armouring process. This training is also a deep dive into the basic aspects of our HEA educations. ​Through our unique Trauma-Resolution De-Armouring Method and Arts, you will learn to attune to your clients’ unique timelines and nervous system and facilitate actual transformation following the body's pace and wisdom.

When we say trauma-informed, we mean having experiential knowledge and somatic sensitivity around trauma and the autonomic nervous system. It's about diving deep into your own timeline, knowing your trauma responses, and how to regulate your nervous system. It means being aware of the impact your actions might have on others and being able to navigate one-on-one situations and groups with sensitivity and care for potential trauma in the space. We teach you to slow down, attune to your client's unique timeline, and create the safety needed for the body to naturally open and rewire, rather than using force or push. We don't just teach about trauma, we guide you through your own trauma resolution journey so you can hold this space for others from embodied experience.

Our educations and trainings are for professionals, leaders and practitioners who want to embody, and / or, work at the deepest levels of embodiment and trauma resolution. Tantric Sexology is a holistic embodiment education covering trauma-informed sexuality, relationships, sexual psychosomatics, nervous system work, tantra philosophy, conscious relating, and how to guide clients through sexual and relational challenges. It's a complete and holistic new-paradigm sexology education rooted in embodiment and trauma awareness. De-Armouring Professional Training is focused specifically on hands-on bodywork, trauma resolution through somatic therapy, fascia release, nervous system rewiring, and sexual de-armouring techniques. It's for practitioners who want to offer deep transformational bodywork sessions. Many of our students eventually take both paths as they complement each other beautifully. Some Tantric Sexologists add de-armouring skills to deepen their practice, and some de-armouring practitioners add the Tantric Sexology education to work more holistically with clients.

De-Armouring Level 1 is 7 months with three 4-5 day retreat modules plus online integration calls. Full De-Armouring Certification takes 2 years, completing all four levels plus certification requirements. Tantric Sexologist Education is 18 months with multiple in-person modules and ongoing online support. Both educations include lifetime access to all text and video materials and ongoing community support beyond the training period.

HEA De-Armouring Education: All live modules are held in the middle of the forest in Sweden at nature retreat locations, including accommodation and food. Two 2-day modules are in Copenhagen excluding accommodation and food. Supervision and certification modules are also in Copenhagen. Tantric Sexologist Embodiment Education: All 6 live modules are held residential in lush nature at Skoven Kalder Retreat Center in Ryd, Sweden (approximately 2 hour direct train ride from Copenhagen to Karlshamn), including accommodation, sauna and food for all 5 days. Group supervisions and certification modules are held in Copenhagen, including food but not accommodation. We also provide online integration calls, support, and materials to complement the in-person immersions.

The possibilities and limitations on what you can use our educations and trainings for depend on your own timeline and embodied experience outside of the education. We will provide you with a solid foundation and methods to work with clients in a one-on-one setting and to facilitate groups and workshops in the field of personal growth, tantra and sexuality. In practice, we find that people who certify find ways that suit their unique essence, alignment and business. There are De-armouring practitioners and Tantric Sexologists providing one-on-one sessions, Immersions, group facilitation, leadership work in companies, mens work, womens work, organising festivals and hosting workshops, creating online offerings but there is also the possibility to focus on sex education at schools, provide deep dive immersions for clients, or to integrate the teachings into your own company. Your alignment and passion will guide you.

Somatic sexology works through the body rather than just talking about sexuality. We position ourselves in the area of sexological bodywork, using talk, movement, breath, and touch-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their bodies, rewire trauma, and return to natural pleasure and lifeforce. Traditional sexology often focuses on education, behavior, or cognitive approaches. Our approach recognizes that sexual issues are often held in the body as trauma, tension, and disconnection from sensation. We work at the root cause rather than addressing symptoms. We also work from a trauma-informed lens, understanding how to work with the body in a way that creates safety and allows natural healing rather than re-traumatizing.

All our educations are for both men and women. We believe evolution happens through men and women working together, learning from each other, and supporting each other's growth. Our HEA de-armouring method teaches you to work with both male and female bodies, understanding the differences and needs of each. Although we welcome all gender identities in our educations and trainings, our facilitator team includes both masculine and feminine perspectives, and we work with inner polarity as part of the journey.

You're ready if you have done significant personal embodiment work and trauma processing, have professional experience working with clients or groups, you're committed to doing your own inner work alongside learning professional skills, you can take self-responsibility for your journey, and you feel called to this work from your soul, not just your mind. You're not ready if you're in an active crisis or dealing with severe unresolved trauma, you have no experience in the embodiment field, you're expecting the training to heal you rather than taking responsibility for your own healing, or you want a quick certification without deep transformation. The training requires a lot of self responsibility and is primarily for you to come and deepen your professional aspect. A deep personal process will happen, but is not our main focus to hold space for in this training. You should receive 1:1 support outside of the training if needed. When in doubt, apply and have a conversation with our team. We can guide you on whether this is the right timing and path for you.
