This is where you build your embodied ground.
Before you can safely hold trauma for others, you need a nervous system that can hold it — in yourself, and in the room.
This training gives you the foundations: nervous system regulation, trauma awareness, trauma resolution approaches and the professional de-armouring framework, so you can start working with clients who are ready to resolve trauma through their bodies.
This training does not teach you how to work with complex trauma such as PTSD, war trauma, or other severe cases. It teaches you how to work with clients who are ready and resourced enough to meet their trauma somatically.

WHAT YOU CAN USE THIS FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING FOR
PROFESSIONAL EMBODIMENT
This training will deepen your somatic attunement to clients and give you a solid professional foundation working with de-armoruing with clients 1:1 and therefore also with groups. The limitations of what you can use the training for depend on your own timeline and embodied experience outside the training. In practice, we support you to apply this training to deepen your existing embodiment and use it in a way that is aligned for you.
OBS. This 7 month training does not teach you how to work with complex trauma such as PTSD, war trauma and other severe cases. This training teaches you how to work with clients who are ready to resolve trauma though their bodies.

Riihannon Wilde is the founder of HEA, Tantric Sexology & the hea de-armoruing method & art and has been an educator and facilitator for more than 10 years. She educates people Tantric Sexology and in trauma-informed tantric de-armouring and working deeply with trauma release, nervous system rewiring, psychosomatics and pleasure/ life force activation taking leaders into their deepest potenital.

Riihannon has a psychotherapy, somatic psyso sexual, tantric de-armouring and neuroscientific background and over 15 years of hands on client, group and leadership work experience. She is known for her force of nature and her highly sensitive channel and intuitive being.

Jeroen Cops is the founder of Reconnect You Bodywork and has a foundation of 25 years of practicing and teaching Martial arts and 15 years of professional de-armouirng experience. He is training in MER body work and fascial unwinding. An expert in awakening the body's self-healing capacity.
He is passionate about working with women. Through supporting women to reach their highest potential women will support men to reach theirs so that we can lift each other up in compassion, integrity and understanding in order to build the world we want to see.

DE-ARMORING METHOD
There are many different types of de-armouring branches today. It's important that you choose teachings and a branch that aligns with you.
Our de-armouring approach is soft and intuitive. We teach you methods and tools to apply but with the intention for you to follow the wisdom and timeline of your client. We teach you how to deeply attune to your clients, and through that, create the safety needed for the body to go into a natural unwinding, release and activation process.
