Human Evolutionary Academy exists because the world needs a new standard of embodiment, somatic trauma attunement & professional facilitation.
Not more knowledge. Not more certifications. A fundamentally different quality of practitioner, one who has done the deepest possible personal embodiment work, who understands trauma at the somatic and nervous system level, who can hold the erotic body with integrity and skill, and who leads from a place of genuine embodied presence rather than accumulated technique.

What HEA stands for:
HEA stands for the belief that human evolution, individual and collective, happens through the body.
Not through insight alone. Not through awareness alone. Through the somatic, cellular, nervous system level shift that occurs when trauma is resolved at the root, when life force is released from armour, when the erotic body is met with skill and reverence, and when a practitioner is so fully embodied in their own process that they become a living transmission of what is possible. Then the energetic & spiritual body can expand cause the roots are stong and alive.
This is the standard we hold. This is what HEA certifies.

What HEA certifies:
Human Evolutionary Academy certifies professionals through two distinct bodies of work, the HEA Tantric Sexology Method and the HEA De-Armouring Method & Art, both developed and led by founder Riihannon Wilde and an international teaching team with over 45 years of combined professional experience.
Our certifications are not academic qualifications. They are initiations. They require the student to go as deep personally as they will take their clients professionally. They are designed for experienced practitioners, therapists, bodyworkers and facilitators who have already walked a deep personal path, and who are ready for the next level of professional mastery.

At Human Evolutionary Academy, we certify professionals in our HEA Life force Methods & Arts - in trauma-informed somatic tantric sexology and de-armouring, embodiment-led, holistic and somatic approaches to work with sexual deconditioning, trauma, intimacy issues, nervous system dysregulation, and supporting people returning to their soul alignment. Our holistic professional education trains leaders, therapists, bodyworkers, and facilitators to facilitate trauma resolution at the somatic and nervous system level.

Where sexual trauma is treated with the same professional rigour, ethical framework and somatic depth as any other dimension of human healing. Where erotic life force is understood not as something to manage or suppress — but as the most powerful source of creativity, aliveness,
relational depth and human evolution available to us.
We believe that evolution happens from the inside out. That when one body heals, it changes the field around it. That when one practitioner deepens their embodiment, they create the conditions for dozens of clients to do the same. And that this is how the personal becomes collective. How the micro evolves the macro.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
The Human Evolutionary Academy De-armouring Method was developed by Riihannon Wilde, who has over 15 years of experience in trauma-informed somatic psycho-sexual therapy. Our approach integrates trauma resolution techniques from polyvagal theory, myofascial release therapy, somatic psychology, and tantric bodywork to create a unique method for releasing stored trauma from body tissue and nervous system."
Since 2020 the de-armouring trainings & The Tantric Sexology Embdodiment educations have been slowly growing into a movement of people that want to lead by example, through their aligned action and embodied experience, and support human evolution in the challenges the world is facing today.

Today
Today our HEA De-armouring Professional Education and HEA Tantric Sexology is mainly a result of the coming together of Riihannon Wilde, Celestine Andersen, Mathijs Mulder-Barge and Jeroen Cops. and a highly experienced team of guest teachers and assistants.
Together Riihannon, Jeroen, Celestine & Mathijs have 65 years of experience in the field and they dedicate themselves to lead and share their passion and lived experience for the benefit of all. With being a result of their embodied experience, they weaves together their combined lived experience in the realm of trauma awareness, classical- and neo tantra, somatic psychotherapy, couples work, de-armouring, bodywork, neuroscience, tantric sexology and more. In the educations, their experience is supplemented by books written by experts in the field as well as professional sessions with experienced practitioners.
What makes Human Evolutionary Academy different from other tantric sexology and bodywork educations
One of them is our holistic and trauma-informed approach, which finds it foundation in the three pillars of embodied experience, science, and spiritual wisdom. In our opinion, there is not one contemplative tradition, philosophy or science that holds the full truth. They all represent different flavours of the same universal truth. As well as our mission to bring a much higher level of integrity into the field.
What also use our team dynamic to eradicate blind spots, shadows and at all times allow ourselves to receive feedback. This is our way of making sure that we are creating a healthy field and community.
During the educations and trainings, we will present different teachings and methods to you, so that you can experience what aligns with you and deepen your professional expertise. While bringing a lot of professional experience and framework we focus on bringing our student home into their own power, wisdom, alignment and essence rather than applying our truth on to them.

Embodied
Feels safe and is able to authentically express themselves, is familiar with shadow work, is organic and continuously working with own armour and unlocking of lifeforce / orgasmic potential of their body. Has an expanded nervous system capacity and is living in alignment with their essence.
Trauma-informed
Has experiential knowledge and somatic sensitivity around trauma and the autonomic nervous system. Has dived deep into their own timeline, knows their own trauma responses and how to regulate their nervous system. Is aware of the impact their actions might have on others and is able to navigate one-on-one situations and groups with sensitivity and care for potential trauma in the space.
Holistic
A professional in this field is familiar with the consciousness of oneness, is able to track what happens in their system on a physical, emotional, energetical, mental and spiritual level and act in a way that serves the highest good. They are able to see how everything is connected. Are able go to the root cause of a clients issue rather than symptom treatment.
Non-interferent
A professional in this field is able to connect to and knows how to surrender to consciousness, is aware of their own ego, judgmentsand conditioning and does not let them interfere while serving in line with the highest good.
Sex positive
A professional in this field is aware of their sexual shadows, arousals and behaviours, is authentic in their sexual expression, they are aware of and have lived out their sexual fantasies, has a good understanding of boundaries and consent, and embraces without judgment a wide range of genders, body types, sexuality and relationship diversity.
Professional
Embodies a high level of integrity. Knows how to frame a session, upholds the HEA code of conduct. Is part of the HEA community. Knows how to give and receive feedback. Has regular (peer) supervision.
Rooted in tantra & science
Has a basic understanding of Tantra, sexology, psychosomatics, psychology, embodied spirituality, neuroscience, de-armouring, trauma work, myofascial release.
A HOLISTIC PERSPECTIVE
The essence of all existence is consciousness and through that root, everything is connected. We approach life and human beings from this perspective. This means we acknowledge all aspects of life as an expression of the devine, the dark and the light. A tantric sexology practitioner is open to all parts of existence and our being.
SOMATIC GUIDANCE & WHOLENESS
We believe everyone is whole and powerful. Therefore we teach you to guide clients into their own wisdom and power rather than giving advice or coaching or being the "healer,or saviour". We teach you how to guide clients somatically and from non-interference with a solid tool box as your foundation.

PRINCIPLES
CONSCIOUSNESS HAS NO JUDGEMENT
What this means is that there is no right or wrong, there are only consequenses. The discernment of right and wrong is seen as a mental process. We try not to judge in terms of right or wrong, rather we look at an individual's unique timeline and see what is in alignment in the moment. There is a Buddhist saying ‘as many monks as many paths’, which fits perfectly in this philosophy.
LIFE IS A DANCE BETWEEN POLARITIES
We believe that in order to embody your full potential it is important to explore the masculine and feminine polarity in your being. The first step from essence is masculine and feminine or ‘shiva’ or ‘shakti’ as it is called in some tantric traditions. During the education we will invite and challenge you to stretch yourself in both directions.
AS ABOVE, SO BELOW
This principle embodies the truth that there is always a correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of being and life. What happens on one plane of existance has its impact on all planes. The micro and the macro are constantly connected with eachother. The body, for example, reflects what is alive on an emotional, mental and spiritual level. Another example is that what happens in ourselves is a reflection of what happens in the world.
SHARING FROM AN AUTHENTIC PLACE & EMBODIED EXPERIENCE
There are so many schools, teachings, theories and systems in the world. Because of internet they are more easily accesible then ever. We want to remind you that your experience is what matters most. We invite you to question us and everything you read. Explore what feels right to you and what is in alignment with your truth. Disagree, be sceptic and curious. Explore the teachings and methods yourself, so you can find out what works for you. It is important to be authentic in what you share and that you share only what you have lived yourself. This is how you become able to embody your essence and share it with the world.
SEXUAL ENERGY AS A FUEL FOR MANIFESTING YOUR PURPOSE
In Tantra sexual energy is recognised as a gateway to different states of consciousness, eventually even a way to reach union with the divine. By building up our sexual energy (for instance by refraining from peak orgasms) and learning how to direct the energy it can become a very powerful tool for health, healing, deconditioning of limiting beliefs and patterns that do not serve anymore. In this way sexual energy is used for personal and spiritual growth and manifesting a life that is alinged with your essence. Recognising sexual energy in this way turns sexuality in a genuine spiritual practice.
WE ARE TRAUMA-INFORMED
It is our opinion that when working in the field of de-armoruing, tantra and sexuality it is essential to have an understanding of trauma and the nervous system. Given the amount of people in the world that have experienced (sexual) trauma, as a de-armoruing practitoner or tantric sexologist, we need to be able to recognise signs of trauma response and know how to help our clients regulate, so that we can serve them best. If we don’t the sessions will be less effective or risk re-traumatising someone.
HOW IS OUR EDUCATION ROOTED IN TANTRA
Tantra is a rich spiritual philosophy which has roots going back thousands of years and branches that reach across many asian countries and cultures. Since reaching the west it has transformed even more with the upcoming of neo-tantra. Our Tantric Sexology education is not an in depth tantra education, there wouldn’t be enough time to do it justice. However, the fundament of Tantric Sexology is rooted in tantric & neo tantric principles like: a holistic perspective, polarity, the principle of correspondence and recognising sexual energy as life force. As an education we aspire to give you a solid understanding and experience of these principles, so that you can apply these in your personal and professional life in a modern world.
WE USE SCIENTIFIC INSIGHTS FOR STRUCTURE & SAFETY
Just as Tantric Sexology is not an in depth tantra education, it is also not an in depth education in sexology. We acknowledge the contribution science, in the form of psycotherapy, psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics and sexology have made in navigating the landscape of the personality and opening to deeper layers of authenticity. We use the insights, models and techniques created in these fields as tools to give structure and safety so that the necessery deconditioning can take place for us and our clients to embody our authentic expression of self. There are different types of sexologists, ranging from clinical sexologists to sexological bodyworkers. On this spectrum we position ourselves in the area of sexological bodywork as we use talk, movement, breath and touch-based approaches to help our clients.
THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS
A different standard of certification.
The field of de-armouring, tantra and sexuality is growing rapidly.
And much of it is certifying practitioners who are not ready, and much of it is not trauma resolution based or trauma informed.
Facilitators without sufficient personal embodiment.
Professionals without the somatic sensitivity to read a body, track a nervous system, or hold what surfaces when the erotic life force begins to move.
Practitioners who have attended a training, and received a certificate, without ever having gone as deep personally as they will be asked to take their clients.
The consequences are not neutral.
When sexuality and the body are worked with without genuine trauma awareness, without embodied experience, and without professional integrity, harm happens. Clients are retraumatised.
Trust is broken. The field loses credibility it has taken decades to build.
This is the gap HEA was founded to close.
We do not certify attendance. We certify readiness.
Our certifications reflect a demonstrated commitment to personal embodiment, somatic depth, professional integrity and the ongoing development that this work demands. Our students are not asked to watch, listen and receive a certificate. They are asked to go as deep personally as they will take their clients professionally, and to earn the right to hold others at this level.

YOU CAN USE THE CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING FOR:
The limitations of what you can use the educations and trainings for depend on your own timeline and embodied experience outside of the education. We will provide you with a solid foundation and methods to work with clients in a one-on-one setting and to facilitate groups and workshops in the field of personal growth, tantra and sexuality.
​​In practice, we find that people who certifies find ways that suits their unique essence, alignment and business. There are De-armoruing practitioners and Tantric Sexologists providing one-on-one sessions, Immersions, group facilitation, leadership work, mens work, womens work, organising festivals and hosting workshops, creating online offerings but there is also the possibility to focus on sex education at schools, provide deep dive immersions for clients, or to integrate the teachings into your own company.
