TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tantric Sexologist Embodiment Education & De-armouring Professional Trainings

 

All educations, trainings, workshops, sessions, online programs and materials are created and delivered by:

1. Agreement & Scope

 

By enrolling in any education, training, workshop or program ("Program"), the participant ("Customer") enters into a binding agreement with Human Evolutionary Academy ("Company") and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

 

The intention of these Terms is to create a clear, respectful and safe container for both the Customer and the Company.

 

2. Payment Terms

 

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK).

 

Accepted payment methods: • Visa

• Mastercard

• Maestro

• MobilePay

• Bank transfer / invoice

 

 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

 

Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from purchase confirmation.

 

If participation begins within this period, the Company may deduct the value of services already delivered.

 

After 14 days:
• the agreement is binding

• payments are non-refundable

4. Refunds & Cancellation

 

After the withdrawal period:
• no refunds are provided

• full payment remains due even if the Customer withdraws or stops attending. Our educating and trainings have substantial costs and obligations involved and we can not refund.

 

Exceptional cases (serious illness, pregnancy, crisis):

•transfer to a future program may be offered

• always held with care and assessed individually

• remains at the Company’s discretion

 

If a payment plan is agreed:
• the full program fee remains legally binding

• payments must be made regardless of participation level

 

Failure to pay may result in:
• suspension of access

• loss of certification eligibility

• debt collection (Inkasso)
 

5. Program Structure & Flexibility

The Company holds the right to lovingly adapt the Education or training to the highest best for all when needed in order to maintain quality, safety and integrity. And according to world situation.

 

This includes the right to:
• adjust program dates

• change locations

• replace facilitators

• modify structure, flow or content

• deliver parts of the program online

 

Such adjustments are part of the living nature of the work and do not entitle the Customer to refunds or cancellation.

 

6. Commitment & Participation

 

The Customer agrees to:
• actively participate

• complete required hours and assignments

• take responsibility for their own learning and embodiment process

 

Unused program elements are not refundable or transferable.

 

7. Certification

 

Certification requires:
• full completion of training requirements

• demonstrated competency and embodiment

• ethical and respectful conduct

• full payment

 

Certification is not guaranteed and remains at the Company’s sole discretion based on values and integrity of our mission and vision.

 

8. Personal Responsibility

 

The Customer acknowledges that:
• participation is voluntary

• the Program involves deep emotional, somatic and relational processes

 

The Facilitators are trauma-informed and facilitates with deep care for a group container. Customer takes full responsibility for their physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing throughout the Program. Customer is aware that this is a group container and not a 1:1 therapy.

 

9. Medical Disclaimer

 

The Company does not provide:
• medical treatment

• therapy

• psychological diagnosis

• legal or financial advice

 

The Program is educational and experiential in nature.

 

Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

 

10. Consent & Boundaries

 

All body-based or interpersonal practices:
• are grounded in explicit consent

• are always voluntary

• can be declined, paused or stopped at any time

 

Participants are responsible for communicating their boundaries.

 

11. Community & Conduct

 

The Program is held as a conscious and respectful space.

 

Participants agree to:
• maintain confidentiality

• respect the boundaries of others

  • engage with integrity and care

  • Uphold group container guidelines.

 

The Company reserves the right to pause or end a participant’s involvement if behaviour is assessed to be unsafe for the individual or the group.

 

In such cases:
• no refund is issued

• payment obligations remain

 

12. Participant Readiness & Right to Refuse

 

To protect the integrity of the space, the Company reserves the right to:
• decline enrollment

• request additional information before acceptance

• remove or pause participation if a participant is not assessed as ready for the depth of the work

 

This is done with the intention of care for both the individual and the group field.

 

13. Intellectual Property

 

All materials remain the property of the Company.

 

The Customer may not:
• copy

• distribute

• teach

• certify others

 

without written permission.

 

14. Certification Integrity

 

Certification may be revoked if the Customer:
• misuses the material

• acts unethically

• misrepresents credentials

 

15. Confidentiality

 

All shared personal information within the Program is confidential.

 

16. No Guarantee of Results

 

The Company does not guarantee specific personal, relational or financial outcomes.

 

Results from the Program depend on many factors including the Customer’s level of engagement, integration and application.

 

The Customer understands that they are fully responsible for how they use the material in their personal or professional life.

 

17. Force Majeure & External Events

 

The Company is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

 

• war or armed conflict

• terrorism or political instability

• pandemics or health crises

• travel restrictions or border closures

• government actions or regulations

• natural disasters

• infrastructure or transport disruptions

• serious illness of facilitators

 

In such situations, the Company may:
• reschedule modules

• change format (including online delivery)

• relocate venues

• extend program duration

 

These adjustments do not entitle the Customer to refunds or compensation.

 

18. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses

• business losses

• outcomes resulting from participation

 

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer.

 

19. Governing Law

 

This agreement is governed by Danish law.

 

Disputes should first be resolved through direct communication.

 

Customers may contact:
• Danish Competition and Consumer Authority

• EU Online Dispute Resolution platform

 

20. Acceptance

 

By enrolling, the Customer confirms that they:
• have read and understood these Terms

• agree to all conditions

• take full responsibility for their participation

 

21. Code of Intimacy & Ethical Touch

 

The Program may include teachings and practices related to intimacy, touch, and relational presence.

 

All such interactions are grounded in:
• explicit, informed and ongoing consent

• respect for personal boundaries

• clear communication

• trauma-aware practice

 

Participants agree to:
• never assume consent

• always ask and receive a clear yes before engaging in any form of touch

• immediately respect a no, hesitation or withdrawal of consent

• take full responsibility for their own boundaries and responses

 

The Company maintains zero tolerance for boundary violations or coercive behaviour.

 

Any breach may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

 

22. Group Container & External Support Requirement

 

The Customer understands that:
• this Program is a group-based educational container

• it is not a substitute for 1:1 therapy, medical treatment, or psychological support

 

Due to the depth of the work, the Customer agrees to complete a minimum of selfpaied:
• 18 hours of professional de-armouring, therapy, or equivalent support

 

This support must be undertaken with a qualified professional outside of the Program.

 

The purpose of this requirement is to:
• support safe integration

• ensure personal responsibility

• maintain the integrity of the group field

 

The Company reserves the right to request confirmation of this support and to pause participation if deemed necessary for the wellbeing of the participant or group.
