All educations, trainings, workshops, sessions, online programs and materials are created

1. Agreement & Scope

By enrolling in any education, training, workshop or program ("Program"), the

participant ("Customer") enters into a binding agreement with Human Evolutionary

Academy ("Company") and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
 

These Terms apply to:

• HEA Certified Somatic Sexologist Education (18-month program)

• HEA Certified Somatic De-Armouring Professional Certification (4-level, 2-year

program)

• Any associated workshops, intensives, online programs, masterclasses, or

supplementary materials

The intention of these Terms is to create a clear, respectful and professionally safe container

for both the Customer and the Company.
 

2. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) unless otherwise specified.Accepted payment methods:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• Maestro

• MobilePay

• Bank transfer / invoice

Where a payment plan is agreed in writing, the full program fee remains legally binding

regardless of participation level. All instalments must be paid according to the agreed

schedule.
 

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in:

• Suspension of access to online materials and the Kajabi student platform

• Loss of certification eligibility

• Debt collection proceedings (Inkasso)
 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase confirmation, in

accordance with applicable EU and Danish consumer law.

If participation in the Program begins within the 14-day withdrawal period, with the

Customer's explicit prior consent, the Company may deduct the proportional value of

services already delivered before the withdrawal.

After 14 days from purchase confirmation, the agreement is binding and payments are non-

refundable, subject to the exceptions outlined in Section 4.
 

4. Refunds & Cancellation

After the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed:

• No refunds are provided

• The full program fee remains due even if the Customer withdraws from or stops

attending the Program

• Our educations carry substantial facilitation costs, venue commitments, and team

obligations that cannot be recovered upon cancellation
 

Exceptional circumstances (transfer only, not refund):

In cases of serious illness, confirmed pregnancy, or documented personal crisis, a transfer

to a future program cohort may be offered at the Company's sole discretion. Such requests

must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Transfers are not guaranteed

and are assessed individually with care.Payment plans:

Where a payment plan has been agreed, the full program fee remains legally binding

regardless of attendance or participation. All instalments must be completed even if the

Customer withdraws from the Program.
 

5. Program Structure & Flexibility

Human Evolutionary Academy is a living, evolving body of work. The HEA Lifeforce Method

& Arts is in continuous evolution, deepening, refining, and responding to the highest best for

all participants, the group field, and the integrity of the work itself.

The facilitation team, locations, program structure, content, sequence, and delivery format

may be adapted at any time in service of this highest best, with reasonable notice where

possible, and without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
 

This includes the right to:

• Adjust program dates or scheduling

• Change venue locations or residential retreat centres

• Replace, add, or change lead or supporting facilitators

• Modify program structure, module sequence, flow, or content

• Introduce new methods, frameworks, or teachings as the work evolves

• Deliver elements of the program online where necessary or beneficial

These adaptations are not grounds for refund, cancellation, or reduced payment obligations.

They are an inherent and honoured part of working within a living methodology. The

Company will communicate all significant changes with care and transparency.
 

5a. Minimum Enrolment Threshold

Each Program cohort requires a minimum of 18 confirmed and fully enrolled participants to

commence on the originally scheduled start date.

If this minimum is not reached by the enrollment deadline communicated to applicants, the

Company reserves the right to:

• Postpone the start date until the minimum enrollment is reached

• Merge the cohort with a future intake

• In exceptional circumstances, cancel the cohort entirely

In the event of postponement or cohort merger, enrolled participants will be offered a

confirmed place in the next available cohort at no additional cost.

In the event of cancellation, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid to

date. This is the only circumstance under which a full refund is provided.

The Company will communicate any such decisions as early as possible and with full

transparency.

6. Commitment & Participation

The Customer agrees to:

• Actively participate in all program elements

• Complete required hours, assignments, and embodiment practices

• Take full personal responsibility for their own learning, integration, and embodiment

process

• Uphold the program's code of conduct and community guidelines at all times

Unused program elements, missed modules, or partial attendance are not refundable or

transferable.
 

7. Certification

Certification as an HEA Certified Somatic Sexologist or HEA Certified Somatic De-

Armouring Professional requires:

• Full completion of all training requirements, hours, and assignments

• Demonstrated professional competency and personal embodiment

• Ethical and respectful conduct throughout the Program

• Full payment of the program fee

• Completion of the external support requirement (see Section 22)

Certification is not guaranteed. It remains at the sole discretion of Human Evolutionary

Academy, based on the values, integrity, and professional standards of our mission.

Certified titles — including HEA Certified Somatic Sexologist and HEA Certified Somatic De-

Armouring Professional — are registered designations of Human Evolutionary Academy.

Their use is granted only to graduates in good standing and may be revoked in accordance

with Section 14.
 

8. Personal Responsibility

The Customer acknowledges that:

• Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary

• The Program involves deep emotional, somatic, relational, and sexual processes

• The facilitators are trauma-informed and hold the Program container with deep care

and professional integrity

• This is a group educational container, it is not individual therapy, medical treatment,

or psychological counsellingThe Customer takes full personal responsibility for their physical, emotional, psychological,

and sexual wellbeing throughout the Program and is encouraged to seek appropriate

professional support outside the Program when needed.

9. Medical Disclaimer
 

Human Evolutionary Academy does not provide:

• Medical treatment or diagnosis

• Psychotherapy or psychological diagnosis

• Legal or financial advice

All Programs are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for

professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed and

for informing the Company of any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to

enrollment.
 

10. Consent & Boundaries

All body-based, somatic, and interpersonal practices within the Program:

• Are grounded in explicit, informed, and ongoing consent

• Are always fully voluntary

• Can be declined, modified, paused, or stopped at any time without explanation

Participants are fully responsible for communicating their boundaries clearly and for

respecting the boundaries of all other participants and facilitators at all times.

11. Community & Conduct

The Program is held as a conscious, respectful, and professionally boundaried

community space.
 

Participants agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal disclosures made within the group

container

• Respect the physical, emotional, sexual, and energetic boundaries of all other

participants

• Engage with integrity, honesty, and care in all interactions

• Uphold all group container guidelines as communicated by the facilitation teamThe Company reserves the right to pause or end a participant's involvement in the Program

if their behaviour is assessed as unsafe, harmful, or contrary to the values of the Program —

for the individual, the group, or the integrity of the work.

In such cases, no refund is issued and all payment obligations remain.
 

12. Participant Readiness & Right to Refuse

To protect the integrity, safety, and depth of the Program space, Human Evolutionary

Academy reserves the right to:

• Decline enrollment at any stage of the application process

• Request additional information or a consultation call before accepting a participant

• Pause or end participation if a participant is assessed as not currently ready for the

depth of this work

These decisions are made with the genuine intention of care — for the individual, for the

group field, and for the integrity of the HEA Lifeforce Method & Arts.
 

13. Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, models, methods, and content are the exclusive

intellectual property of Human Evolutionary Academy and Riihannon Wilde. This

includes but is not limited to:

• The HEA Lifeforce Method & Arts

• The Wilde De-Armouring Method™

• The HEA Trauma Model

• The Cross Model

• All module PDFs, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, and online course content

• All written frameworks, session structures, and professional guidelines
 

The Customer may not, without explicit prior written permission from Human Evolutionary

Academy:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials

• Teach, train, or certify others using HEA frameworks, models, or methods

• Use HEA intellectual property in any commercial capacity

• Share login credentials or grant third-party access to online course materials


Graduates may reference their certification and describe their general professional

approach. They may not reproduce, teach, or commercially apply HEA-specific frameworks,

models, or methods without written authorisation.

Access to online materials via the Kajabi platform is personal and non-transferable. Login

credentials may not be shared. Access may be suspended if payment obligations are not

met.14. Certification Integrity & Revocation

Certification and the right to use HEA certified titles may be revoked if the graduate:

• Misuses, misrepresents, or reproduces HEA materials or methods without

authorisation

• Acts in a manner that is ethically inconsistent with HEA's values and professional

standards

• Misrepresents their credentials, scope of practice, or training

• Represents the HEA Lifeforce Method & Arts publicly in a manner that contradicts its

core principles or damages the reputation of the Academy

• Engages in conduct that violates professional ethical standards within their field

Revocation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Human Evolutionary Academy and

will be communicated in writing.
 

15. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within the Program container, whether in group sessions,

online spaces, written assignments, or facilitation team conversations, is held in strict

confidence.

Participants agree not to disclose, share, or discuss the personal content shared by other

participants outside the Program container in any form, including social media, written

communications, or verbal conversations.

The facilitation team maintains confidentiality of all participant information except where

there is a legal obligation to disclose or where there is serious risk to the safety of the

participant or others.
 

16. Photography, Recording & Social Media

Given the depth, intimacy, and sacredness of the work held within this Program, the

following applies to all residential and online Program elements:

Participants will be informed in advance when official photography is taking place, and that

we will ask for consent before taken and that participant can always opt out.

Human Evolutionary Academy retains full rights to any official photography or documentation

taken during Program events for promotional and educational purposes, when content is

given.
 

Participants may not:

• Photograph, video record, or audio record any session, group process, or personal

sharing without explicit written consent from all individuals present• Share images, videos, or descriptions of other participants on social media or in any

public forum without explicit written consent

• Live stream or broadcast any element of the Program

Participants may:

• Share their own personal experience of the Program on social media with care and

discretion

• Use official HEA program imagery provided by the Company for professional

purposes, within the guidelines communicated by the team
 

17. No Guarantee of Results

Human Evolutionary Academy team show up fully to deliver on our part but does not

guarantee specific personal, relational, professional, or financial outcomes from

participation. Results depend on many factors including- but not limited to - the Customer's

level of engagement, openness, integration practice, and personal readiness. The Customer

is fully responsible for how they choose to apply and integrate the material in their personal

and professional life.
 

18. Force Majeure & External Events

The Company is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events

beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• War, armed conflict, or political instability

• Terrorism or civil unrest

• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies

• Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions

• Natural disasters or extreme weather events

• Infrastructure or transport disruptions

• Serious illness or incapacitation of lead facilitators

In such situations, the Company may:

• Reschedule modules or program elements

• Change delivery format (including transition to online delivery)

• Relocate venues

• Extend program duration
 

These adjustments do not entitle the Customer to refunds or compensation. The Company

will communicate all force majeure changes with care and transparency.
 

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Evolutionary Academy is not

liable for:• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

• Business or professional losses

• Personal, relational, or psychological outcomes resulting from participation

Maximum liability to the Customer in any circumstances is limited to the total amount paid by

the Customer for the relevant Program.
 

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark.

In the event of a dispute, the Company and Customer agree to first attempt resolution

through direct, respectful communication.

If resolution cannot be reached directly, Customers may contact:

• The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Forbruger- og

Konkurrencestyrelsen)

• The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

21. Code of Intimacy & Ethical Touch

This Program includes teachings, practices, and experiences related to intimacy,

touch, sexuality, and relational presence. All such interactions are held within a

framework of explicit consent, professional ethics, and trauma-resolution awareness.

All body-based and intimacy-related practices are grounded in:

• Explicit, informed, and ongoing consent, freely given and freely revocable at any time

• Deep respect for personal, physical, emotional, sexual, and energetic boundaries

• Clear, honest communication at all times

• Trauma-resolution aware facilitation
 

All participants agree to:

• Never assume consent, always ask clearly and receive an explicit yes before any

form of touch or intimate engagement

• Immediately and fully respect any no, hesitation, non-verbal signal, or withdrawal of

consent• Take complete personal responsibility for their own boundaries and their responses to

others' boundaries

• Uphold the same standards with fellow participants as are expected of facilitators

Human Evolutionary Academy maintains absolute zero tolerance for boundary violations,

coercive behaviour, or any form of sexual misconduct within the Program container.

Any breach of this Code will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund. In

serious cases, the Company reserves the right to report conduct to relevant authorities.

22. External Support Requirement

Due to the depth, intensity, and transformative nature of this work, the Customer

agrees to engage a minimum of self-funded external professional support throughout

the duration of the Program. This is a mandatory condition of certification.

Specifically, the Customer agrees to complete a minimum of:

• 18 hours of professional trauma informed de-armouring, somatic therapy,

psychotherapy, or equivalent embodiment support

This support must be undertaken with a qualified professional outside of the HEA Program.
 

The purpose of this requirement is to:

• Support safe and sustainable personal integration

• Ensure the Customer has individual professional support for their own process

• Maintain the integrity and safety of the group container

• Uphold the professional standard that practitioners are trained in methods they have

received themselves

Human Evolutionary Academy reserves the right to request confirmation of this external

support and to pause participation if the requirement is not being met and is assessed to be

necessary for the wellbeing of the participant or the group.
 

23. Online Platform & Access

Program materials are hosted on the Kajabi platform (tantric-

sexologist.mykajabi.com).

The Customer agrees to:

• Keep login credentials strictly personal and confidential• Not share access with any third party under any circumstances

• Use online materials solely for personal learning and professional development within

the scope of the Program

The Company reserves the right to suspend platform access in the event of:

• Non-payment of agreed fees

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

• Misuse of intellectual property

Access to online materials does not continue indefinitely after program completion. The

Company will communicate access duration to enrolled students.
 

24. Acceptance

By enrolling in any Human Evolutionary Academy Program, the Customer confirms

that they:

• Have read, understood, and agree to all of these Terms & Conditions in full

• Take full personal responsibility for their participation, integration, and professional

application of this work

• Understand the financial commitments involved and accept that payments are

binding

• Recognise the depth of the work they are entering and feel genuinely ready to do so

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in 2026. Human Evolutionary Academy

reserves the right to update these Terms for future program intakes. Enrolled students will be

notified of any material changes.
